The Faridabad plan hosted by Haryana ULB distinguishes road classes, municipal limits and road/green-belt reservations. Those are distinct map features; a nearby highway or sector does not by itself establish a parcel's permissible use or developable area. Official Faridabad plan
Begin with a cadastral or survey footprint and locate it against the relevant notified plan and written regulations. A screenshot at an uncertain scale is inadequate for deciding whether a boundary overlaps a reservation. Retain the plan version, notification and any applicable amendment; no latest-amendment conclusion is made from this map alone.
Keep the gross area offered separate from the area that may be usable for the intended activity. If a seller's price assumes frontage, access or future conversion, ask for the documents supporting each assumption. Obtain the exact access arrangement rather than treating a road line on the plan as an entrance approval.
The Haryana municipal CLU framework is addressed in the shared jurisdiction note, but the competent authority depends on the actual location. No district-wide clearance follows from that framework.
This replacement does not assert that Aravalli, environmental, title or land-use checks have been completed. The actual khasras, boundary, planning instruments and permissions are needed before describing a holding as suitable for a particular use.
