Greater Noida: identify the project as well as the village

Research revision · 20 October 2026. Newly researched replacement text, not a recovered original. Sources and remaining limitations appear below.

New Hobo correction draft — 18 October 2026 UTC. Newly authored replacement material; no individual land assessment.

The district's Greater Noida acquisition page lists multiple September 2026 social-impact terms-of-reference entries, including separate Datawali rail-logistics/internal-yard and road projects, plus Chitehra material. The existence of several projects in one village makes project identification important. A preliminary social-impact entry is not itself a completed acquisition or a title finding. Greater Noida acquisition record

For an offered holding, create a table with project, document date, stage, affected field numbers and map reference. Do not attach a road project's notice to a rail project's parcel merely because both use the same village name. Obtain subsequent instruments and orders for the relevant project before drawing a present-status conclusion.

Compare the seller's boundary and area with the revenue record and project schedule. If the intended use depends on a planned road, distinguish a map proposal from a completed access arrangement. A future connection can be a scenario in a business case, not an existing property feature.

The acquisition check also does not replace the planning-authority and tenure checks. Establish whether the transaction concerns privately held agricultural land, an authority allotment or another interest before applying a transfer workflow. The documents, rights and conditions may differ.

The revised page provides no open-ended promise of clear title, conversion or registration. Seller documents, exact khasras, intended use and the relevant current official records are the remaining inputs for a parcel-specific assessment.
