Jhajjar's collector-rate index publishes separate 13 April 2026 entries for Salhawas, Matanhail, Jhajjar, Beri, Bahadurgarh and Badli. It also retains earlier schedules labelled 1 August 2025 to 31 March 2026. The locality and effective period must travel with any quoted figure. Jhajjar collector rates
Start a valuation comparison with the village and exact land description. Retrieve the schedule that covers it, inspect the attached document and record the relevant category. A Bahadurgarh rate cannot be presented as the rate for the entire district. Preserve the measurement unit and any location qualifiers when making calculations.
Keep three numbers separate: the seller's ask, evidence from genuinely comparable recorded transactions, and the applicable official valuation basis. Differences between them need explanation; none alone establishes fair value or future appreciation. Document when a comparison uses a different road position, land category or parcel size.
Planning questions require a separate file. An official valuation row does not grant permission for a farmhouse, warehouse, layout or road access. Ask for the actual planning designation and approved use before attaching a development premium.
No local price is supplied without the underlying row. The former service promise of a same-day comparison is omitted because no operational evidence supports it.
