Panipat: Read the status of the plan, not just the proposed use label

Research revision · 20 October 2026. Newly researched replacement text, not a recovered original. Sources and remaining limitations appear below.

New Hobo correction draft — 18 October 2026 UTC. Newly researched replacement material, not recovered original content.

A ULB Panipat notice describes a restaurant permission process in industrial Sector 28 and labels its planning context “DDP to amend FDP-2021.” Its wording illustrates why a draft amendment and a final plan must be identified separately. This historical notice does not establish that applications remain open or that any agricultural parcel qualifies. ULB Panipat notice

For farmland offered with future commercial potential, record the currently applicable plan, any proposed amendment and the specific approval required for the intended use. Keep them in different columns. A proposed use on a map should not be silently priced as an existing legal entitlement.

Panipat's district notices also list district survey and environment-plan material. Such documents can identify further questions about the local setting, but a district report does not establish flood, drainage or environmental clearance for a particular field. Panipat notices

A site inspection should therefore record access, drainage, existing occupation and the seller's intended boundary for comparison with the documents. Do not infer a buildable plot from highway proximity. The revised guidance makes no current rate, title or CLU assurance; those require the actual holding and approvals.
