Rewari: Keep proposed valuation schedules separate from confirmed transaction costs

Research revision · 20 October 2026. Newly researched replacement text, not a recovered original. Sources and remaining limitations appear below.

New Hobo correction draft — 18 October 2026 UTC. Newly researched replacement material, not recovered original content.

Rewari's documents page lists a 28 March 2026 collector-rate exercise inviting objections and suggestions, followed by separate entries for Rewari, Bawal, Kosli and several sub-tehsils. A page headed with a year does not by itself resolve whether its attached schedule is final or when it applies. Rewari district documents

Identify the revenue village and tehsil first, then retain the applicable signed schedule and effective date. Do not use Bawal's entry for a holding elsewhere in the district simply because both appear in the same search. Record the land category and unit as well as the figure; a number detached from its row can be misleading.

For budgeting, separate negotiated consideration, the valuation basis used for registration, registration charges and transaction-specific taxes. A proposed collector schedule is not a live market quotation. Equally, an asking price is not proof of what comparable deeds actually recorded.

If the investment case depends on industrial or warehouse use, obtain the relevant planning and permission documents independently of the valuation exercise. A higher anticipated value does not establish conversion permission.

This revision provides no standard stamp-duty percentage, present price range or same-day comparison promise. The operative schedule, buyer/seller status and parcel evidence are needed to calculate an actual transaction.
