The historical project directory is a starting list, not a live title-verification service. The earlier claim that Hobo has checked every licence, layout, CLU and title before commitment is not supported by this research.
Haryana's TCP search index exposes a licence register searchable by status, circle, district and purpose, and a separate layout-plan search by district and case number. Direct page retrieval failed during this research, so no licence or plan was inspected. These are official research entry points, not evidence that a particular colony is licensed. The current public HRERA Gurugram portal separately provides project-status and registered/lapsed/affected-project lists. A match in one system cannot substitute for matching the offered plot to the other relevant documents.
Create a document crosswalk with one row per record: seller's plot description; deed and ownership chain; colony licence and amendments; approved layout identifying the plot; land-use permission where applicable; RERA project and phase where applicable; dues and any transfer restrictions. Record the same identifiers, area and parties across the rows. Escalate discrepancies rather than treating a similar name as a match.
For example, a licence may concern a larger colony while the offered plot lies outside the supplied layout, or a seller may offer a share where the buyer expects the whole plot. Those are hypothetical failure cases illustrating why a licence number alone is insufficient. No parcel, permission, title or current availability has been verified. This draft requires further primary-record retrieval before being presented as a detailed local approval guide.
