Gurugram: Choose the planning area before assessing agricultural use

GMDA's planning index lists separate plans for Gurugram, Gual Pahari, Sohna and Pataudi–Haily Mandi, with draft, final and amendment entries. A district name therefore does not identify the governing plan. The index includes a Gurugram 2031 final-plan entry dated 15 November 2012 and a 24 January 2017 amendment. These are document identifiers, not a finding that no later amendment exists. GMDA planning index

Begin with village, khasra numbers and a measured boundary. Match that footprint to the applicable notified planning area, then inspect the map and written zoning conditions together. A nearby sector label or road advertisement is not a parcel overlay. If several khasras are offered together, check each rather than using the most favourable part to describe the whole holding.

For a proposed farmhouse, warehouse or subdivision, ask for the approval that covers that actual use and area. Separate an application, an approval letter and compliance with its conditions. Keep access rights, water availability and occupation arrangements in the file; a plan colour alone does not establish any of them.

The new article makes no blanket claim that Gurugram agricultural title or CLU has been verified. A parcel conclusion requires the deed chain, revenue records, boundary plan, intended use and applicable permissions.
